What is a final year report?

Your high school counselor files a Final Year Report after second semester grades are released, but this is only needed if the college requests it. You can see if a college wants this report by checking in your admissions portal, which the college sent you after you applied–this is different from your application. Check the portal to see if you need to send a Final Year Report and then ask your counselor to help you do that. This way the colleges can see how you did second semester of Senior year.  Be careful because if your grades drop, the colleges can take their offers back, so do your very best!  🙂
