Hi Anton! You register for the act at http://www.act.org or the SAT at http://www.collegeboard.com. If your colleges request the writing section of the test, sign up for the test with writing, but you can check your colleges first.
If paying for any of these tests is a problem for you, be sure to request fee waivers from the company! In 2020 the college board automatically applied fee wavers to students who qualified for Free or Reduced Lunch (FRL) so these students could send an unlimited amount of scores for free, but, check yearly, as that could always change. The same happened with the ACT and I believe it was up to 20 free score sends via ACT. Check details like these freshly each year as they change quite often. Yay, college! Susanna
